Human Rights Policy
UFOC upholds the concept of respecting and protecting human rights, and is committed to creating a fair, safe, dignified, and non-discriminatory workplace environment. We recognize and support the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), the United Nations Global Compact (UN Global Compact), and the International Labour Organization (ILO) Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, and require our partners and supply chains to jointly adhere to human rights standards, eliminating any acts of human rights violations or infringements.
Reporting Procedure
Reportable matters include violations of honest business practices, abnormal financial activities, accepting bribes, illegal actions, etc., and methods for reporting and protection are established.
Employee Complaint Procedure
All complaint cases are handled by designated personnel, and information related to the complainant and the complaint process is not disclosed in order to protect employee rights.
Sexual Harassment Prevention
Establish an investigation committee, with members including representatives from both the employer and the employees (with female members accounting for no less than half), and stipulate the complaint procedure and protection mechanism.
UFOC Code of Conduct
Comply with laws and ethical principles, including respecting privacy, diverse and fair employment opportunities, prohibiting discrimination and harassment, and providing a safe and healthy work environment.
Workplace Diversity and Human Rights Education
In 2025, UFOC had no human rights-related complaints, nor did any incidents of discrimination based on ethnicity, gender, religion, political affiliation, sexual orientation, sexual harassment, or workplace bullying occur.
At the same time, UFOC continues to promote workplace diversity and human rights education, providing staff training, including prohibiting forced labor, banning child labor, preventing harassment, discrimination, and sexual harassment. In the future, UFOC will continue to advance workplace diversity and human rights education to raise employees' awareness of human rights protection, reduce potential workplace risks, and fulfill corporate social responsibility.

Employee Compensation and Various Benefits
UFOC's salary standards are in accordance with laws, regulations, and human rights policies, without distinction based on gender, race, religion, political stance, marital status, etc. Compensation and benefits include performance-based salary adjustments and various bonuses to secure and attract outstanding talent.
Article 20-1 of the UFOC Charter clearly stipulates, the net profit before tax for the period, before deducting employee remuneration and director remuneration, shall allocate 1% to 15% as employee remuneration (of which the basic-level employees shall not be less than 1%)

Regarding retirement, UFOC handles it according to the 'Labor Standards Act' (old benefit plan) and the 'Labor Pension Act' (new contribution plan).
