Supplier management mechanism

We are committed to the concept of environmentally and socially responsible business, sustainable supply chain development and expect to move towards an environmentally friendly and safe working environment and ethical code, due investigation of supplier related risks, in order to promote upstream and downstream sustainable value chain development.

The management mechanism for suppliers is shown in the following table:

Supplier management: Monthly supplier meetings and supplier environmental safety and health management for each project.
Other categories of supplier selection Selection review: for quality, delivery, service, price, safety and other five dimensions. Customer (owner) and agent (sales) trade designation, shall be attached to provide customer's original order as basis.

Supplier selection

The relationship between the company and the supplier is a "partnership". In addition to requiring the supplier to provide "good service, high quality and fair price", the company plans and implements the contractor's safety and health management system in terms of industrial safety and disaster prevention. In addition to implementing access control, construction permits and other safety measures for the contractor, the company actively assists the contractor in implementing independent safety and health management and education and training. To achieve corporate social responsibility in line with the principles of safe employment, with the goal of establishing a stable supply chain.

The company has established a "procurement management procedure", which will be purchased from qualified (in accordance with the EU environmental directive RoHS standards, etc.) manufacturers in accordance with the provisions of the procurement, and the bargaining procedure will be conducted to ensure the rationality of the purchase price. And in accordance with the company's ISO set "supplier management procedures", the implementation of the provisions, the implementation of supplier evaluation operations, ISO control procedures form: supplier survey report, project supplier evaluation form (pre-transaction/post-transaction).

 

First of all, key suppliers are required to pass the audit of operation and cost, finance, and off-site production line, and achieve five indicators such as quality, delivery time, service, price, and safety, complete the supplier survey report, project supplier evaluation form (pre-transaction/post-transaction), and evaluate the supplier supply risk through relevant audit departments (quality control, property management, procurement, and project managers). Ensure the compliance of subsequent supplies, once the selection is passed, it will become a qualified supplier of Lianguang Tong, and begin to accept the annual supplier evaluation.
