For the effective control of the plant germplasm inventory database in Agricultural Research Institute, Council of Agriculture, Executive Yuan, we execute the full implementation of the germplasm inventory and RFID standard packaging operations. To Improve the efficiency of the germplasm management and build the Wisdom inventory indicators, we also develop the RFID handheld inventory system, RFID inventory and transfer system, and Access Control system.
