The LT-SS cable is a figure-8 self-supporting design for aerial installation. With this design,6 or12 optical fibers are placed within color-coded, gel-filled buffer tubes to be protected from mechanical and environmental forces. An aluminum tape is applied lengthwise over the cable core. And then a durable PE jacket completes the cable construction. Maximum fiber counts can be up to 216 fibers.
